In this vital role, you will ensure that products are packed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with strict quality standards. Your proactive approach will help maintain the highest levels of safety, precision, and regulatory adherence, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational success. Responsibilities Perform precise dimensional measurements using tools such as height gauges, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines to verify product specifications. Pack products carefully following established procedures while ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards in production. Conduct thorough quality inspections utilizing calibration of measuring instruments and visual inspection systems to detect defects or deviations from specifications. Maintain detailed records of measurements, quality audits, and inspection results in compliance with
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, GMP, and FDA regulations. Assist in the interpretation of manufacturing documents, mechanical blueprints, and production instructions to ensure correct assembly and packaging processes. Support quality assurance initiatives by participating in regular audits, data collection, analysis of inspection trends, and implementation of corrective actions. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to uphold regulatory/legal compliance standards in production while promoting continuous improvement within quality management systems. Qualifications Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment; familiarity with QA/QC procedures is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). Proficiency with measuring instruments such as height gauges, calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines. Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), FDA regulations, and regulatory/legal compliance standards relevant to manufacturing. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for dimensional measurements and data analysis. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong analysis skills for identifying deviations from quality standards. Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to interpret technical documentation effectively.
