We are committed to safety, reliability, and supporting the families we serve. We are growing and actively hiring Bus Drivers and Bus Aides to join our transportation team. Position Overview We are seeking responsible and safety-focused Bus Drivers and Bus Aides to safely transport students and passengers on assigned routes. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing a safe and respectful transportation environment. Shifts are guaranteed for a minimum of six (6) hours, with opportunities for additional hours as available. Bus Driver Responsibilities Safely operate a bus or passenger van on assigned routes Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain a clean and organized vehicle Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols Communicate effectively with dispatch, staff, and passengers Provide professional and courteous service at all times Bus Driver Qualifications Valid CDL (Class B or C preferred) with P and S endorsements Clean driving record Ability to pass background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening Commitment to safety and punctuality Experience working with children preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Don't have your endorsements yet? Bus Aide Responsibilities Assist students/passengers during loading and unloading Ensure passenger safety during transit Support the driver in maintaining order and safety Provide respectful and patient assistance as needed Bus Aide Qualifications Responsible and patient demeanor Strong communication skills Ability to pass background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening Experience working with children preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus No CDL required

Compensation Bus Aides:

$17.00 per hour

Licensed & Endorsed Drivers:
