This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a bustling warehouse environment, supporting order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving processes. As a key player, you'll help ensure products are accurately picked, loaded, unloaded, and stored efficiently. This position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain hands-on experience with warehouse operations and heavy equipment handling while contributing to a thriving team. All roles are paid positions, offering valuable work experience during the busy season. Responsibilities Assist with order picking using RF scanners and pick systems to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes safely and efficiently for loading and unloading shipments Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of materials and adherence to safety protocols Manage shipping and receiving tasks by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, inspecting goods, and maintaining detailed logs Handle materials with care using appropriate warehouse equipment, ensuring proper storage and organization of inventory Support warehouse distribution activities by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in accordance with OSHA regulations Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to coordinate daily tasks, prioritize workload, and improve operational efficiency Requirements Prior warehouse experience or construction background preferred; familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, crane, clamp truck, and RF scanners; certification is advantageous Mechanical knowledge or experience with heavy lifting equipment enhances performance in this role Strong understanding of materials handling procedures and safety standards outlined by OSHA Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts Experience in shipping & receiving operations or order picking is desirable Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and operational excellence Join us as a Seasonal Warehouse Associate to gain valuable industry experience while supporting a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in logistics.
