Job Summary We're looking for a dependable Picker/Packer to fulfill customer orders accurately and quickly. The role is the final quality checkpoint before an order ships, so it calls for someone who can move fast on the picking floor and slow down enough to pack carefully — making sure every item arrives in perfect condition.

The goal is simple:

get all of the day's orders picked, packed, and ready to ship, every day. Key Responsibilities Pick items for orders efficiently and accurately, using pick lists, scanners, or the warehouse system Pack orders carefully and securely, protecting home goods and fragile items so they arrive undamaged Meet daily order volume so that all orders are completed and out the door each day Verify item, quantity, and order accuracy before sealing each package Label packages correctly and stage them for shipment Keep the picking and packing areas clean, organized, and stocked with packing materials Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or low stock to the supervisor Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed — restocking, cycle counts, or general upkeep Qualifications Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or pick/pack experience preferred but not required Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Ability to work at a steady, productive pace without sacrificing care Reliable and punctual, with strong work ethic Comfortable using handheld scanners or basic warehouse software (training provided) Team player willing to pitch in wherever help is needed Physical Requirements Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the length of the shift Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (variable temperatures, on your feet all day)

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
