Job Description
Hablamos Espanol We're looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our fast-growing e-commerce warehouse. As a Picker/Packer, you'll help fulfill customer orders by accurately picking products, packing them securely, and preparing shipments for daily carrier pickup. This is a fast-paced position with opportunities to grow into leadership roles as our company continues to expand. Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately from shelves Pack products safely and efficiently Label packages for shipment Organize completed orders for carrier pickup Restock inventory as needed Keep workstations clean and organized Follow warehouse safety procedures Meet DAILY productivity and accuracy goals Requirements Able to stand and walk for an entire shift Able to lift up to 40 lbs. Strong attention to detail Dependable with good attendance Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Warehouse experience is a plus but not required —we will train the right person.
