•3:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Packaging Associate to join our team in Neptune, NJ. This role involves handling inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently Load and unload trucks as needed Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) Follow all company policies and safety procedures Requirements Must have a clear background Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to reliably commute to Neptune, NJ Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Competitive hourly pay Stable, full-time schedule Opportunity for growth within the company If you're dependable and ready to contribute to a growing team, we encourage you to apply for this Warehouse Associate position.
