Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Label Team Lead to oversee label production operations within our manufacturing facility. This leadership role requires fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively coordinate with diverse teams and ensure clear communication across all levels. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, and a commitment to safety standards. As a key leader in the production environment, you will manage daily label assembly activities, ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and output.
Key Responsibilities:
Bring products to team members for restack and labeling (Using a Forklift). Verify product labels are correct prior labeling. Assure label description matches the product being labeled. Assure pallets are properly wrapped for product Integrity. Follow all safety and sanitation protocols as required by company policies. Enter data into our RedZone tablets for product tracking.
Experiences/ Requirements:
Forklift experiences of a least one year. Experience in Food distribution, warehousing, or logistics preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Attention to detail. Ability to work in fast paced environment. Pay:
$20.60 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
