As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Accurately pick orders based on customer specifications and packing lists. Utilize handheld scanners or other technology to track inventory and ensure accuracy. Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas. Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit. Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with restocking as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Skills Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good physical stamina for lifting and moving products throughout the shift. Basic computer skills for using inventory management systems. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus but not required.
