About the Role The Supplies Warehouse 2nd Shift position is responsible for accurately picking, preparing, and staging customer orders so they are ready for timely delivery. This role plays an important part in maintaining an efficient, safe, and organized warehouse operation while ensuring orders are handled accurately and efficiently. What You'll Do Pick and palletize cases accurately using RF scanners or paper tickets. Operate a pallet jack safely throughout the shift to move inventory and completed orders. Handle completed orders by stacking boxes, shrink wrapping, and staging pallets for shipment. Move freight and inventory throughout the warehouse safely, quickly, and efficiently. Accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation to ensure orders are prepared correctly. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following warehouse procedures. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to meet daily operational goals. Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is an active warehouse position that requires standing and walking for extended periods, as well as frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. The position requires the ability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Employees will use a scanning device worn on the wrist and must be able to read product labels and other documentation. The role requires the ability to talk, hear, and read, along with sufficient close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Sunday with a 12:00 PM start time; Monday-Thursday with a 2:00 PM start time Additional days, hours, or adjustments to the daily start time may be required based on holidays or additional workload. What You'll Bring Prior warehouse experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Ability to safely lift and move items up to 50 pounds. Ability to accurately read labels, tickets, and product documentation. Ability to operate or learn to operate RF scanning equipment and a pallet jack. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to maintain a positive, respectful attitude while working independently and as part of a team.
