In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing finished goods, maintaining safety standards, and supporting the overall flow of production. This position offers an engaging environment where your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills help us deliver excellence every day.
General Hours:
8:30pm - 4:30am Duties Carefully pack finished products following specified packaging procedures to ensure product integrity and compliance with quality standards Operate packaging equipment to facilitate smooth production workflows Maintain a clean and organized packing station Assist with material handling to support seamless production processes Conduct routine inspections of packaged goods for defects or inconsistencies before final packing Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining safety protocols Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential Familiarity with packaging processes, assembly work, and the use of warehouse equipment is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to safety protocols Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50lbs, and perform manual tasks as needed This role is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals eager to grow within a manufacturing environment that values safety, quality, and teamwork.
