Assembly & Packaging Associate — Smoky Paloma LLC Las Vegas, NV About Us Smoky Paloma is a fast-growing e-commerce brand based in Las Vegas. We design and ship stylized lifestyle products with bold, retro-inspired packaging — think fashion-meets-function. We're a small, hands-on team that moves fast, keeps things fun, and takes pride in a polished final product. If you like music playing on the floor, a laid-back-but-focused crew, and being part of something from the ground up, you'll fit right in. About the Role We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented people to join our production team. You'll be part of our core assembly and packaging crew, helping bring our products from raw materials to ready-to-ship, retail-quality orders. This is an in-person role at our Las Vegas facility. What You'll Do Assemble products according to our quality and brand standards Package and prep orders for shipment (boxing, labeling, inserts) Inspect finished goods for consistency and quality control Keep your workstation and shared inventory organized Help manage stock levels and flag low supplies Work as part of a small team to hit daily/weekly order targets Pitch in on other warehouse tasks as needed (we're a startup — everyone wears a few hats) What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and able to work consistently on a set schedule Comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused tasks Able to stand, move, and lift up to 25-30 lbs for a shift Team player with a positive, easygoing attitude Prior warehouse, assembly, or fulfillment experience a plus (not required) Must be 18+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
