ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Meat Product Packaging:

Pack various proteins produced by the company into bags of different sizes and presentations, ensuring that each product maintains its quality. •

Product Tasting:

Taste all packaged products alongside another team member to guarantee exceptional quality. •

Quality Control:

Ensure that all packaged products meet the highest quality standards, maintaining consistency in presentation, flavor, and texture. •

Bag Sealing:

Seal bags, ensuring they are properly closed to preserve product freshness. •

Labeling:

Label all product trays with the date and your initials to ensure effective quality control and proper traceability. •

Packaging Log:

Accurately complete the packaging log to monitor production data. •

Scale Calibration:

Assist in calibrating scales to ensure all measurements are precise in the packaging process (will train) • Additional Duties as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS

Food handler's card is required Ability to work in fast paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Bilingual preferred. Se Habla Español Standard schedule is 6am-3pm Mo-Fri. After 90 Day Learning & Development Phase you can request an evaluation for wages increase.
