Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-5:00 PM Additional openings beginning September 23: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 AM-3:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring Pick & Pack Workers for a temperature-controlled warehouse in Sparks, NV . The facility is approximately 38°F, so employees must be comfortable working in a cold environment and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately. Add dry ice and other cold-storage materials as required. Seal packages and apply shipping labels. Verify product quantities, labels, and packaging before shipment. Meet daily productivity and carrier shipping deadlines. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Report damaged products, order issues, or supply shortages to a supervisor. Follow all company safety, food safety, and warehouse procedures. Requirements Comfortable working in a cold storage environment. Able to stand for most of the workday. Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly. Strong attention to detail. Reliable and punctual attendance. Able to read and follow basic written instructions. Previous warehouse or packing experience is helpful but not required.

Safety Equipment:

The company will provide high-visibility vests and special gloves for handling dry ice. Employees should dress in layers and wear warm, comfortable footwear.

Additional Information:

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Employees may be considered for permanent hire at the end of the year or early next year based on performance.
