Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Technician to join our cannabis production team in Astoria, NY. This role is hands-on and focused on preroll production, packaging, labeling, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce and assemble preroll products to company standards Package finished goods (jars, prerolls, etc.) accurately and efficiently Apply labels and verification stickers in compliance with regulations Operate and assist with packaging machinery and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace Follow SOPs and ensure all products meet quality and compliance standards Assist with inventory counts and material organization as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or cannabis production required Comfortable working with machinery and production equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Preferred:

Experience with cannabis compliance and labeling regulations Familiarity with preroll production or similar assembly-line work

Work Environment:

On-site role based in Astoria, NY Production/warehouse setting Team-oriented and process-driven

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
