If you have experience working on a factory floor and want a job where you use your eye for detail instead of just doing heavy lifting, this is for you! No prior Quality Control experience is needed—we will pay you to train on the job and learn valuable food safety skills (HACCP & SQF).
What You'll Do:
Check Products:
Test items on the line for proper weight, temperature, pH, and appearance.
Inspect Materials:
Check incoming ingredients and packaging before they go to production.
Keep Equipment Clean:
Help perform sanitation checks, swabs, and allergen tests.
Spot Bad Batches:
Put non-matching items on hold and help figure out what went wrong.
Daily Logging:
Fill out simple daily food safety checklists and production logs.
What We're Looking For:
Reliable workers with basic factory, warehouse, or production experience. Good attention to detail and simple math/reading skills. Comfort working in a food processing environment. How to

Test food items on the line to make sure the weight, temperature, and appearance are correct.
Food Safety Rules:
Track basic safety steps on the floor to make sure food stays safe to eat.
Material Checks:
Inspect ingredients and packaging as they arrive to ensure they look good before use.
Cleanliness Checks:
Work with the cleaning team to test surfaces and make sure equipment is clean and free of allergens.
Spot & Hold Bad Batches:
Pause bad items that don't look right and help figure out how to fix the problem.
Simple Paperwork:
Fill out basic daily checklists and safety logs to show everything was done right.
