Job Description
Packaging & Fulfillment Associate (Packer) Job Summary We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Packaging and Fulfillment Associate to join our packing team. Packers are responsible for cleanly and safely packing all of our breads and croissants, labeling, and organizing deliveries based on pick-lists. This is a hands-on, independent role for someone who takes pride in doing consistent, careful work shift after shift. Duties Place breads into the appropriate bag and seal. Maintain organization and order in the packing station. Carefully pack croissants based on orders. Pick orders based on fulfillment specs and prepare for driver pickup the next day. Communicate any issues, defects, or questions to the office. Shift begins at 4pm; you're usually done by 8-9pm. Responsible for cleaning and closing up the bakery at the end of the shift. About You You enjoy working independently, at your own station, without a lot of chit-chat or interruption. You like repetitive, routine tasks — the kind of work where doing it the same careful way every time is exactly the point. You're detail-oriented and catch small things others might miss. You're dependable: on time, every time, and someone we can count on for the long haul. We value longevity and are looking for someone who wants a steady, long-term role here. You want a predictable schedule and consistent, year-round work — not a job with constant surprises. You can lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks throughout your shift. You're able to communicate clearly with the office if questions or issues come up. Must be legally able to work in the US and over 18 years of age. Must have reliable transportation. Why You'll Like It Here This is a great fit if you want to show up, put your head down, do good work, and go home — no drama, no juggling ten priorities at once. Just a clear routine, a clean station, and product you can be proud of.
