Join us in Stanley, NY as a Sorter and play an important role in keeping recyclable materials moving through our facility and out of the waste stream. As a Sorter, you'll help ensure recyclable materials are properly identified, sorted, and directed to the right location. It's a hands-on role that makes a meaningful contribution to our daily operations and environmental goals. What You'll Do You'll work alongside a team to inspect and sort recyclable materials as they move along a conveyor belt. You'll use attention to detail and good judgment to identify materials based on type, size, condition, and grade.

Your responsibilities will include:

Efficiently and accurately sort assigned recyclable materials. Inspect materials as they move along the conveyor belt. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. Perform general housekeeping and cleaning around plant equipment. Immediately report equipment or system issues to your Supervisor. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Complete initial safety training and participate in monthly safety training. Maintain reliable attendance and a strong safety record. Work cooperatively with team members to meet facility goals. Perform additional duties as needed to support facility operations. Pay Details:
