Blockbuster Costumes is seeking employees for our Overnight Warehouse Picking and packing role, who can support our shipping and receiving departments. We're looking for individuals who are eager to work as part of a team as well as independently at a fast pace. Schedule & Overtime:

We offer flexible scheduling across all 7 days and shifts. Overtime opportunities are frequently available and may be requested or approved for employees who consistently meet performance and attendance expectations.

Responsibilities:

Picking orders at a fast pace to meet expected timelines Packing orders per company guidelines Work closely with other members of operations team including customer service, data entry and fulfillment, to ensure that inventory needs are met and shipments are processed efficiently Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, ladders, and rolling staircases Participate in safety initiatives and maintain a clean and organized work area Other warehouse duties as needed

Minimum Requirements:

Able to climb a ladder & rolling staircases Able to work on foot for extended periods Must have a moderate skill set for use of tablets, scanners & computers Must have basic literacy and math skills Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, reach over head and comfortable stocking overhead shelves Reliable mode of transportation Candidate must be organized and able to take direction for daily duties, be goal oriented, be open to accepting opportunities for improvement, and be comfortable working in a physically demanding high paced environment. Successful applicant must have an energetic and positive attitude. Opportunities for overtime and advancement available for the right candidate.

Pay:

$17.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 40.0 per week
