Physical Demands:

Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull items up to 50 lbs unassisted, and stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours per shift.

Detail-Oriented:

Basic literacy and math skills to accurately read product SKUs, part numbers, and quantity numbers on pick tickets.

Work Ethic:

Attendance record, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Order Picking:

Accurately pull items from warehouse shelving or pallet racks using pick sheets, paper orders, or handheld RF scanner guns.

Pallet Building & Wrapping:

Stack and arrange picked goods onto wooden pallets to ensure weight balance. Securely wrap pallets using manual or automatic stretch-wrap equipment to prevent damage during shipping.

Loading & Unloading:

Manually or mechanically load and unload incoming freight trucks, trailers, and shipping containers.
