The Manager Assistabt at Saint Manufacturing LLC supports daily jewelry manufacturing and business operations by handling deliveries, pickups, supply runs, and other time-sensitive tasks. This position requires reliability, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver jewelry, materials, documents, and supplies. Transport items safely between manufacturers, vendors, clients, offices, and other locations. Assist with purchasing and picking up jewelry-making supplies and materials. Organize and track items being transported. Assist the manufacturing team with basic day-to-day tasks when needed. Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients, vendors, and business partners. Complete assigned errands accurately and within required timeframes. Keep company materials and deliveries secure while in transit. Perform additional operational duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Dependable, punctual, and organized. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Ability to lift and transport packages and supplies. Previous experience in jewelry, manufacturing, delivery, or business operations is a plus
