Responsibilities Carefully pack take-out orders with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring food safety and presentation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness by cleaning tables, clearing dishes, and sanitizing work areas to uphold sanitation standards. Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, resetting them efficiently for new guests, and managing waste disposal. Support the bar area by restocking supplies, organizing bottles and glassware, and assisting with basic barback duties. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and equipment while practicing safe lifting techniques to prevent injury. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly. Ensure all food safety protocols are followed during packing, serving, and cleaning processes to maintain high industry standards. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key! Strong communication skills for internal team coordination and excellent customer service. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices. Knowledge of sanitation, cleaning procedures, and food safety regulations within the food industry. Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
