Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Packaging Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive the efficient and safe packaging of high-quality products. In this role, you will be responsible for operating packaging equipment, handling materials with precision, and adhering to strict safety and manufacturing standards. Your proactive approach will ensure that products are packaged accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements, supporting our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Duties Operate various packaging machinery and equipment, including automated and manual systems, ensuring smooth production flow. Interpret production documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to accurately assemble, package, and label products. Handle materials safely using appropriate material handling equipment. Conduct quality checks throughout the packaging process to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and safety standards. Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation related to packaging activities. Assist in warehouse operations by organizing materials, performing heavy lifting when necessary, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment. Qualifications Previous experience working in a manufacturing or packaging environment is preferred. Knowledge of packaging equipment operation and industrial equipment troubleshooting. Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and CGMP standards. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments. Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safe lifting techniques. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Pay:
$16.85 - $17.35 per hour
