• Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan Conduct routine wellness exams, chronic disease management, and acute care visits Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely medical records Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings Promote preventive care and patient education Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient‑centered care Compensation & Benefits We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including:
