Position Type:

Full Time, Seasonal We're looking for someone with a careful eye and steady hands to prepare our candy and confectionery products for retail — this is detail-oriented, presentation-focused packing. You'll be hand-arranging, finishing, and quality-checking products that go directly onto store shelves and into gift packaging, so precision and visual care matter more than raw speed.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Hand-arrange and package candy and confectionery items according to established presentation and quality standards, including weighing, measuring, and placing product into bags, boxes, or gift containers Apply labels accurately — product names, descriptions, ingredients, allergen info, and pricing — in compliance with regulatory and company standards Visually inspect each product/package for appearance and quality: proper sealing, cleanliness, correct placement, and overall shelf presentation; catch and correct defects before they leave the line Tie ribbons, bows, and apply other decorative/retail finishing touches Work at a careful, consistent pace in a clean, temperature-controlled production environment Other duties as assigned

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE

Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills A genuine eye for detail — you notice when something looks slightly off Patience with repetitive, precision-focused tasks Pride in producing a polished, ready-for-retail final product

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Extended periods of standing at a workstation Light lifting (typically under 20lbs) Comfortable working in a candy production environment

QUALIFICATIONS

Entry level — no experience required Prior experience in retail merchandising, gift wrapping, floral arrangement, craft work, or similar detail-oriented hands-on work is a plus (though not required)
