In this role, you will stack, wrap, and organize product pallets for shipment, ensuring accuracy, stability, and compliance with safety and quality standards. You'll read work orders, verify labels, and use material-handling equipment to move products through the warehouse. Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you'll help ensure pharmacies and patients receive vital medications on time while upholding CVS Health's values of integrity, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Operate palletizing equipment to stack and wrap products for shipment Read and follow work orders, labels, and shipping documentation Verify product accuracy, counts, and pallet stability to meet quality standards Use pallet jacks or similar equipment to move pallets safely Inspect pallets and packaging for damage and report issues promptly Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all CVS Health safety protocols Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Support inventory flow by staging, organizing, and storing pallets correctly Required Skills Palletizing operations Warehouse safety procedures Material handling Forklift or pallet jack operation Basic equipment troubleshooting Inventory handling and labeling Reading work orders Quality inspection Basic data entry or scan gun use Time management
