Packaging/Shipping Associate We are currently seeking candidates with packing and shipping experience as well as electronics knowledge for a contract electronics manufacturer in Aurora, OH. In this position you will be primarily responsible for packaging and shipping high-quality electronic products as well as helping with fabrication, testing, and assembly of electronic and sheet metal components.

Shift:

8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday -

Friday Pay:

Starts at $20.00/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Package and ship all outgoing products per company and customer requirements, ensuring proper handling throughout the process as needed. Properly receive all incoming shipments, distributing to departments or storage as necessary Set-up and operate metal fabrication machines including, but not limited to, hardware insertion machine, drill, mill and sander. Assist in the fabrication of sheet metal cases for our technical products Maintain a clean and organized work environment Set-up and operate powder coating booth Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience with packaging products for shipping Experience with shipping and receiving operations and systems Ability to use hand tools and apply labels Experience in sheet metal fabrication preferred General fabrication knowledge Ability to read blueprints preferred Able to follow written and verbal instructions Neat, organized, efficient demeanor with meticulous attention to detail Requires frequent moving of materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
