4067 County Road 130 - Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311-9359 $18.00 an hour. 5:30am- Finish Monday- Friday This role is responsible for verifying Tobacco/OTP orders for accuracy and proper product placement. The position also ensures orders are allocated to the correct stamp lines based on state and jurisdictional requirements to support compliance and operational efficiency. Here's what you'll do:- Verify all carriers moving through the conveyor system for order accuracy and proper routing.
- Ensure Tobacco/OTP products are correctly placed on carriers to support accurate scanning and processing.
- Assign orders to the appropriate stamp lines based on state and jurisdiction requirements.
- Announce state and jurisdictional changeovers to line stampers to ensure proper stamp application.
- Maintain audit records and communicate findings to supervisors to support production accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Perform additional duties as assigned. Here's what you'll need:
- High School Diploma (Preferred) or equivalent (GED)
- One year warehouse experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (i.e., college coursework).
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions with or without a reasonable accommodation in the conditions specified for 8 - 10-hour shifts.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, day and evening hours, and overtime as assigned.
- Must be able to follow verbal (oral) and written instructions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse operation.
- Good attention to detail and basic math skills (to count product and accurately audit products).
- Must follow safe working practices in accordance with Company safety policies and practices.
- Ability to work in multi-temperature areas as assigned (e.g., freezer, coolers, dry conditions).
- Must report for work regularly and on time, as scheduled.
- Must be able to take direction from supervisor(s) and works well with others.
- Must work well under pressure, and is able to organize and prioritize work assignments, and meet established deadlines.
- Must perform assigned tasks accurately and completely.
- Must be flexible and able to handle changes in work requirements productively.
