Shifts:

Alternating 12-hour shifts (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next, rotating) Nesco Resource is hiring Utility Workers and Packers for US Cotton, the nation's leading manufacturer of cotton swabs, pads, and balls. What You'll Do:

Utility Worker (Machine Operator Helper): Assist machine operators in keeping production running efficiently. Supply materials to machines and remove finished products. Perform basic quality inspections and remove defective products. Assist with machine changeovers, cleaning, and basic maintenance. Maintain a safe and organized work area. Support other departments and production tasks as needed.

Packer:

Pack finished products according to production and quality standards. Inspect products for defects and ensure accurate counts. Label, tape, stack, and wrap boxes for shipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area. Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures. Assist team members and support other production tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required. High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Basic math and English skills. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for a 12-hour shift.
