As a Manufacturing Worker, you will play an important role in daily production operations by helping assemble, package, inspect, and prepare quality products for delivery to the end customer. Why You'll Want to

Assigned workdays are based on the crew you join at the start of employment.

Day Shift:

6am - 6pm

Night Shift:

6pm - 6am

What You'll Do:

Pick, pull, and prepare orders while keeping the shipping and receiving area organized. Perform basic assembly, machine operation, and material handling. Use an RF Scanner to track and process materials. Perform pre-assembly setup and functions as needed. Inspect and pack products to ensure quality standards are met. Stack, pack, count, and label completed parts for distribution. Perform basic cleaning and maintenance duties. Report unsafe working conditions and follow all safety procedures. Work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Ability to work overtime as needed. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
