Packager Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $18.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday) Package chocolate products into boxes, cartons, or display packaging. Inspect products for quality, appearance, and proper labeling. Remove damaged or defective products from the production line. Assemble boxes and prepare products for shipping. Maintain a clean and organized work area following food safety and sanitation standards. Follow all company safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards. Assist with cleaning equipment and workstations as needed. Report equipment issues or product quality concerns to a supervisor. Perform other production duties as assigned.

Packager Qualifications:

Must be able to stand for 8 hours Must be able to work with a team Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on the production area. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hairnets, beard nets (if applicable), gloves, and safety glasses. Must understand no jewelry can be worn in the plant Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
