Shift First Shift is $15 per hour Second Shift is $16 per hour Overview Next Gen HR Solutions is hiring full-time production and warehouse associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Fairfield, Ohio. This second-shift role pays $16 per hour. Exact workdays and start/end times will be confirmed during screening. What You May Do Package, label, sort, pick and pack products. Move materials and support production or warehouse operations. Complete basic quality checks and follow work instructions. Keep the work area clean, organized and safe. Work with the team to meet daily safety, quality and production goals. What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and the ability to work the confirmed second-shift schedule. Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality procedures. Warehouse, production, packaging, fulfillment, retail stockroom or other high-volume experience is helpful but not required.
