Job Title:

Injection Molding/Extrusion 2nd/3rd

Shift Packers Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Molding/Extrusion Packer to join our team. The Molding/Extrusion packer will be responsible for packing various types of parts used in our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

Operate machines to produce parts or products in accordance with production schedules and quality standards. Monitor machine operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Document production activities, including quantities produced, downtime, and quality issues. Communicate effectively with supervisors, technicians, and other team members to coordinate production activities and resolve issues.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Molding/ extrusion Packer or similar role in a manufacturing environment not required but a plus. Knowledge of machine setup and operation not required but a plus. Ability to read and interpret production instructions. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50lbs. Knowledge of ERP Systems a plus Must be able to work overtime if necessary Other requirements: 1. Must be able to pass a drug test before start date
