PACKAGING ASSOCIATE

Job description: Packaging Associate Job Summary The Packaging Associate is responsible for assembling, upholstering, inspecting, and packaging finished products for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to meet production and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Packaging Duties:

Inspect finished products for defects before packaging Wrap and protect products using appropriate materials (plastic, foam, cardboard, etc.) Stack and organize packaged goods on pallets Ensure products are packaged according to company and shipping standards Maintain a clean and safe work area Skills & Qualifications Ability to use staple guns, cutting tools, and other hand tools Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic measuring and math skills Team-oriented with strong work ethic
