Packaging Associate

THK Manufacturing of America (TMA), a trusted name in precision manufacturing, is currently hiring a Wrap and Pack Processor to support our growing LM (Linear Motion) operations. Hours:

working 2nd shift 12pm-8pm or 3pm-11pm. Training hours 8am-4pm

Key Responsibilities:

Wrap finished products using protective materials to prevent damage Pack products into boxes, crates, or other containers according to specifications Ensure correct part numbers, quantities, and labels are applied Inspect finished products for damage or quality concerns before packing No Experience? What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or manufacturing experience is a plus. Previous experience (1-2 years) in assembly or processing is preferred, but not required. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work a full 40-hour week. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. A strong work ethic and positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
