•Every Other Weekend We are hiring Bulk Cheese Handlers for a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This is a 12-hour night shift position working a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend. Job Duties Remove cheese from boxes and packaging. Inspect, clean, weigh, measure, and prepare cheese for production. Load cheese into machines and processing equipment. Operate cutters, pallet trucks, and lifting equipment. Keep production lines stocked to prevent downtime. Pack and seal finished product and trim. Use handheld scanners and complete production records. Perform quality checks according to customer specifications. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area. Follow all GMP, food safety, quality, and safety procedures. Rotate between different Bulk Cheese Handler positions as needed. Requirements Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Must be able to work 6:00 PM-6:00 AM. Must be available to work a rotating schedule, including every other weekend. Must be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment of approximately 40-50°F. Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift. Must be able to bend, reach, push, pull, carry, and perform repetitive physical work. Ability to handle product weighing up to 100 lbs. Basic math, reading, and computer skills. Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
