We're hiring a team member ready to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in print manufacturing. What You'll Do Perform all set up operation and maintenance of the Perfect Binder. Oversee the work performance and training of assigned crew members Training of Assistant Operator and other crew members Delegate/Assign work duties to assigned crew members. Customize orders to specifications/requirements. Maintain quality and quantity standards. Complete processes related to paperwork and forms. May handle hazardous waste as a part of daily job functions. Other duties assigned by management. What We're Looking For We're looking for people who: Have good mechanical and organizational skills. Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.) Have good mathematical skills Must be a team player and possess the ability to lead and direct crew Must be physically able to load bundles from 30 to 100lbs Excellent attendance, punctuality and dependency is a prerequisite Show up reliably and work well with a team It's a plus if you have: 3-5 years machine operating experience Print, bindery, or finishing experience Basic small packaging knowledge Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment Physical & Work Environment On your feet for most of the shift Fast-paced, team-oriented production floor Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally Why Join Sheridan?
