Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Packer, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of products for distribution. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing mechanical knowledge, hand tools, and warehouse experience to support our production goals. You will be responsible for preparing finished goods for shipment, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety regulations including FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). Duties Pack finished products accurately and efficiently according to specified guidelines and quality standards Operate packaging machinery and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to ensure smooth production flow Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble packaging components and troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and sanitation standards Assist with warehouse activities including inventory management, forklift operation, and stock rotation Conduct visual inspections of packaged goods, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and documentation before shipment Experience Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred, especially within packaging roles Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in automated packaging systems. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools effectively Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is advantageous Strong understanding of assembly processes within a production setting Ability to follow detailed instructions, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain high safety standards Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make an immediate impact!
