Previous manufacturing, production, or packaging experience preferred Ability to stand and walk for up to 12-hour shifts Ability to multitask and monitor several processes at once Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay focused in a repetitive production setting Commitment to safety, productivity, and quality Ability to adapt quickly to changing production needs Responsibilities Monitor production line operations to ensure bottles receive correct lids, spouts, and labels Inspect products for quality and identify defects or production issues Perform palletizing and prepare finished products for shipment Operate and maintain box-making machinery, including loading cardboard materials Perform minor troubleshooting and report equipment or production concerns Monitor multiple production areas simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and quality Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area Follow all company safety and production procedures
