Job Summary:
The Kitting & Filling Packaging Associate plays a key role in preparing products for shipment by assembling, packing, and labeling materials according to specific customer or order requirements. This is a hands-on, fast-paced warehouse position that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork.
Core Responsibilities:
Kitting & Assembly:
Gather, sort, and assemble components into complete kits based on order instructions, packing slips, or customer specifications
Filling & Packing:
Fill containers, bags, or boxes (manually or by feeding materials into machines) and package items for shipment
Quality Control:
Inspect products for defects, verify quantities, and ensure all required components are included
Labeling:
Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and product identification labels accurately
Machine Operation:
Operate packaging equipment such as shrink-wrap and sealing machines, with basic troubleshooting as needed
Warehouse Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following GMP and safety standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30-40 lbs Attention to

Strong accuracy in counting, assembling, and organizing products
Work Style:
