Pay:
$15.64 - $17.97 per hour Job description: Structure Personnel has partnered with a Medina county manufacturer. We are looking for people who have a great attendance record, are prompt. have a solid work history, and great experience in positions from prepping product to machine operating. Or, a willingness to learn and work in the manufacturing environment is also a great quality to have. You must be able to work in a cooler environment. Follow safety protocol and have a positive attitude. Positions vary and pay ranges from $15.50 to $17.97 depending on skills and departments. Second shift has an additional Shift Differential. There is also a weekly attendance bonus as a way to earn a higher wage per week once taken perm. We would love to speak with you about these opportunities! Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Process instructions, weighing ingredients, making sure ingredients are correct Set up preps and mixing by hand and machine Run the can opener, grinder and filling in on production lines Fill out HACCP tags Allergen wash-downs with proper documentation Alert business manager, area manager and QA if there is a problem with a salad/soup Complies with GMP, food safety, and safety standards at all times Follow all SFC Core Values and be a team player Other duties as assigned
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required Manufacturing experience preferred Knowledge of Food Safety preferred Metal Detection preferred Ability to work flexible hours and be able to work on various of lines until schedules is completed Able to work in a cold/wet environment Good communications and basic computer skills No jewelry or piercings can be worn during your shift All Backgrounds will be reviewed.

Employees will be required to walk, kneel, sit and stand long periods of time up to 8-10 hours at a time. Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach frequently. Hand-eye coordination is required to properly complete job. Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as cold temperatures, and/or loud noises. May frequently lift up to 65 pounds.
