Micromerch is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to support our order fulfillment operations. In this role, you will pick, pack and ship branded merchandise and corporate gifts to people worldwide. In addition to daily fulfillment of customers' orders, a Fulfillment Specialist is also responsible for replenishing bins, assembling kits, and counting inventory as needed. The role reports to our Fulfillment Manager and will evolve as the business expands. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business serving customers worldwide. Responsibilities Use our warehouse management system (WMS) software, ShipHero, to oversee the entire fulfillment process Pick orders accurately using Apple iPad tablet from barcoded bins Pack orders carefully using correct packaging materials Ship orders quickly using ShipHero WMS app Schedule pickups with shipping carriers Sort packages by shipping carriers for efficient pickups Replenish picking bins regularly to ensure items are easily pickable Complete cycle counts to verify inventory quantities and locations are accurate Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned Qualifications Able to work onsite, five (5) days a week, in a warehouse setting. Hours vary from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You are able to lift up to 50 Ibs. and stand on feet for entire shift Comfortable with computers and tablets to perform work. Experience working in a fulfillment center is a plus, but not required. Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines. Successful completion of drug screening (non-THC panel) and criminal background check. Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
