Vernon, OH Compensation Includes Starting Pay Rate of $23.13/hour + $0.75/hr shift differential

Available Shift Nights:

7:00pm - 7:00am - must have availability to train on 1st shift for the first month 2,2,3 schedule Responsibilities Print Labels, port tickets, WIP tickets, production orders and specification sheets for shift Staffing for packers and line assignments based on standards Manage training for new packers & trainers Coordination of meal and breaks for packers Maintain inventory for production labels, port tickets, WIP labels Ensure line is ready for set up process, by clearing line Manages packers when line goes down and reviews work assignments Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Eligible to work in the United States Must have forklift experience Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen Work overtime as required Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management Company Benefits What You'll Get From Us Benefits With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
