Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, product specifications, safety procedures, and packaging requirements. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards preferred. Experience Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, assembly, machine operation, or warehouse environments preferred. Experience performing quality inspections and packaging finished products is a plus. Familiarity with automated production equipment and palletizing systems beneficial. Basic knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures preferred. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to learn product part numbers, specifications, and production processes. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime and weekends as required. Ability to maintain accurate labels, documentation, and production records. Strong commitment to workplace safety and housekeeping standards. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 95% of the shift. Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist, reach, climb stairs and ladders, and work on elevated platforms up to 8 feet high. Ability to visually inspect products and distinguish letters, numbers, and product markings. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with repetitive tasks and production schedules. Job Duties Package finished products into cartons and prepare pallets according to customer and company specifications. Load materials and end boards into molding and production equipment as needed. Inspect products throughout production to ensure compliance with quality standards. Assist with operating, monitoring, and cleaning automated material handling and packaging equipment. Prepare, verify, and apply product labels with accurate daily production information. Rotate between packaging and production assignments to support operational needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety and food safety procedures. Communicate production concerns, quality issues, and improvement suggestions to supervisors and team members. Support production goals and perform additional duties as assigned. What You Will Do As a Packer you will pick customer orders, verify inventory, pack products securely, prepare shipments, apply shipping labels, and stage completed orders for delivery.
