$400 Sign-On Bonus Details provided during interview/onboarding. (Approved rehires who left less than 6 months ago are NOT eligible for the bonus.) Pay Rates (Weekly Pay):Day Shift:
Base Rate $13.60/hrNight Shift:
Base Rate $14.10/hr Perfect Attendance Bonus- meet the perfect attendance bonus requirements and earn an additional $100 every week.
Shift Schedule Days:
8:00 am- 8:00 pm
Nights:
8:00 pm- 8:00 am Alternating 4-day and 3-day work weeks 4-day week: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 3-day week: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday 12-hour shifts What We Offer Free daily lunch Paid breaks and lunch periods Bonus opportunities On-the-job training Advancement opportunities Safe, clean work environment Casual dress code Job Duties Assemble and package products to meet customer standards Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy Keep your work area clean and organized What We're Looking For Ability to follow instructions and keep up in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail Team-oriented with good communication skills Able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks Requirements Successful completion of a background screening Drug-free workplace Must be 18 years or older
