In this role, you will wrap and prepare finished products for shipment while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

Actively participate in pack activities for all assigned work orders per daily production schedules. Follow operational procedures for meeting time standards, safety and quality. Identify areas of continuous improvement to shorten production cycles eliminating waste and inefficiencies without sacrificing product quality. Use a combination of hand, pneumatic and electric tools required to package components.

Requirements:

Previous packaging, picking, or warehouse experience preferred. Ability to read and follow instruction and drawings as needed. Ability to learn the use of all tools and machines needed to perform daily tasks. Ability to read a tape measure. Ability to support a flexible schedule (overtime) as needed and required. Positive attitude, reliability and good communication skills. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Work Environment Team-oriented manufacturing environment. Radio or headphones are permitted while working but must be removed when speaking with supervisors. Designated outdoor smoking and vaping areas available during breaks.
