Position Summary The Freezer Picker is responsible for accurately picking customer orders in a refrigerated warehouse environment and preparing materials for shipment. This role directly supports warehouse productivity and ensures we meet daily operational goals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Pick product from inventory using an RF scan gun in cold storage Select correct SKU and quantity according to order requirements Enter data accurately into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Palletize product and move pallets to staging using a hand pallet jack Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets Follow all SQF (Safe Quality Food) and safety standards Maintain reliable and consistent attendance

Qualifications Preferred:

6+ months of warehouse or order picking experience Experience using an RF scanner Familiarity with warehouse systems or

WMS Required:

Ability to work in cold environments ( -10°F to 40°F ) Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
