Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments. Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety. Job Duties Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment Inspect finished products to ensure quality and specification standards are met Package products according to company guidelines Work alongside team members on production lines to meet daily output goals Assist with machine startup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting Support production activities including housekeeping, scrap reduction, and workflow improvements Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Meet established production rates and performance standards Follow all company safety policies and procedures Perform additional duties as assigned Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for extended periods, including 8-12 hour shifts Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift and move materials weighing 30-50 pounds Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels Ability to work overtime, including short-notice schedule changes, when required Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
