Production Associate Position Summary The Production Associate is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations in a fast-paced packaging facility. This role ensures products are produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment Inspect finished products to ensure quality and specification standards are met Package finished materials according to company guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Assist with machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting as needed Meet daily production and performance goals Must be able to meet production rates Must be able to work on the line with other associates Equipment & Tools Manufacturing and packaging machinery Hand tools and measuring devices Forklift or powered industrial equipment (training may be provided) Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods (8-12 hour shifts) Ability to lift, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels Qualifications Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Dependable with strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to train on equipment and follow safety protocols
