Temp-to-Hire Looking for a Steady Weekday Warehouse Job? Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Warehouse Order Pickers for a clean, modern fulfillment center in Twinsburg. You'll work on the team responsible for getting customer orders out the door accurately and on time. Your day will include locating products throughout the warehouse, matching item numbers and descriptions, picking the correct products, packing completed orders, and preparing them for fulfillment. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a consistent Monday

•Friday first-shift schedule, this could be a great opportunity to get established with a growing warehouse operation. What You'll Do Locate and pick products to complete customer orders

Match item numbers and product descriptions for accuracy

Verify the correct products and quantities before packing

Pack customer orders safely and accurately

Prepare completed orders for fulfillment and shipment

Maintain accuracy while working at a steady production pace

Follow established warehouse and safety procedures

Safely use assigned warehouse equipment

Keep products and work areas organized

Assist with general warehouse and housekeeping responsibilities

Work with team members to keep daily orders moving on schedule What We're Looking For Dependable attendance and punctuality

Strong attention to detail and order accuracy

Ability to match item numbers, descriptions, and quantities

Comfortable working at a steady pace throughout the shift

Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures

Ability to stand and move throughout the workday

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Willingness to assist in different warehouse areas based on daily needs

Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, shipping, fulfillment, or inventory experience is a plus Why ? Consistent 1st-shift schedule
