Packer We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer to join our clients team in Wadsworth, Ohio. Shift:
06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Monday through
Friday Pay:
$16.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in start-up of the machine Monitor the quality of packed products continuously Use hand and wrist motions to pack products into boxes or bags Report any quality concerns to team leaders or supervisors Complete production documentation accurately and neatly Prepare area for the next shift and communicate relevant details for handover Follow work order instructions to meet customer standards Help clean scrap, label boxes, and place finished products on skids when line is down Maintain a clean work area with proper housekeeping Stand during the entire shift, bending, twisting, and turning as needed
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday Ability to work independently and with flexibility Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Nice to

Prior packing experience in manufacturing preferred Strong communication skills Good organizational skills Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Three to five years related experience (preferred)
